Easily a negative rating. CommonBond Communities will not fix the rampant rat holes at the base of the building. Several hundred residents complaining DAILY, but CommonBond does not care about it's residents. The Regional Manager, Hamdia, does not care one single iota about anyone in that building.
i live on the fifth floor and i often get deliveries and when amazon leaves them in the lobby my packages get stolen, mice infested, i hear them in the vents and the crawl through my front door. bathroom sink has barley any water pressure. and the dryers are always never working. you have to pay 456$ monlthy to live here AND pay 5$ for a laundry card AND add money to it if you want to wash. if you leave your clothes in the washer “too long” they will be tooken out and put in a dryer by someone else. vending machines are neve... read more
