My wife and I were in need of a new vacuum and rather than going through the same process of buying a regular Hoover vac that breaks in 3-4 years at Sears or Costco and sending our dollars out of the county, we decided to look for something better and buy local. He jerked me around for about a month concerning ordering a part for my under warranty vacuum that I bought on Amazon. First he said he could get the part at the end of the following week. After that time passed, I stopped by and he told me he needed the model number of the vacuum. I called him back with that information. After a week, I called him again, he told me that there were two hose types and could he get the model number on the hose. I gave it to him and waited a week before stopping by.
