I had the same experience in 2013 with leaving my machine for cleaning only and when I picked it up it did not work. I returned it and after they held it for about 3 months supposedly waiting for a part I went in and took it. It was in pieces but I wanted it out of there. Almost didn't get my power cord back because they said I hadn't brought it with the machine. We bought a great Vacuum from the 2 years ago, but the service has changed dramatically. I recently took the vacuum in for repair, and 3 weeks have gone by and they "promise" to look at it tomorrow (3rd time they have said this) I need a part that they tell me will take either a couple of weeks to come in or much longer - it is readily available on the internet for next day shipping.

BUYERS BEWARE... I attended a 2 day embroidery seminar. I purchased a photo bundle that had to be ordered. I was told it would be in in a week and they would call me. Four weeks went by with no call. Finally, I called the store and was told all the photo bundles had been picked up but one and it didn't have my name on it. He would order me one. March 2012 I apprehensively departed with my Husquavarna for an annual service, nothing was wrong with the machine and only needed a tune-up. I have not used the machine for almost a year because of a broken arm. I recently went to use my decorative stitches and they did not work. The thread bunched up and made odd shapes.
