I love sew and vac! I’m a local seamstress. They have fixed my digital sewing machines and performed all my maintenance for the past 5 years. They are prompt, reasonably priced and always friendly and informative. I also bought my sergers from them. They gave me so much background info and educated me on the machines. I highly recommend them!!
I brought my vacuum in to have the belt replaced. That's all I asked for. I go to pick it up and my bill was over $250. The old man decided that the electrical hose needed to be replace. He did this without my knowledge or consent. When I told him to take the new hose off and put the old one back, he informed me it had been discarded and basically gave me an "Oh well" attitude. Very sweet staff, and they know their stuff! I was looking for a buttonhole foot for my Brother machine, and they were very patient and nice!

Just picked up my 50 yr old machine from them that was there for a repair. Bob called me the day after I left it and told me what was wrong with it; then called the next day to tell me it was fixed! I was in shock! So fast and an extremely reasonable price. These people are A-#1. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
