I was having trouble with an Electrolux washer that was just over a year old. My warranty had expired but fortunately I bought an extended warranty. I looked for a local serviceman and decided to give Dan a call. I left a msg. feeling skeptical that I might never get a call back...but within the hour Dan got back to me. I moved into my townhouse 4 1/2 years ago. Unfortunately, I had nothing but problems with the appliances that came with my unit.
