Terrible customer service. Been more than a month and the stove doesn't work. My dad is 90 in congestive heart failure and renal failure on oxygen in a wheelchair. He's been loyal to Sears his whole life. I can't get them to get someone here to actually fix the stove with the contract. They do not value his life or his business.

Terrible! My washing machine is broken. The repair man came out and lectured me that it wasn't broken, but I didn't close the door properly. I felt a little crazy, but he was the expert. After he left, I ran the washer in full and it stopped working mid-cycle. It was no more than hour and I called him back on his cell phone. He did not respond. Our repairman arrived at the time stated. He was knowledgeable, serviced the machine and ordered the parts needed, which arrived in 2 days.
He was prompt and explained everything he was doing. Got the job done. Not his fault these new machines are so sensitive they break down regularly.
Very friendly repairman. He got the ice maker fixed quickly and told us to hold on to this fridge because it is a good one!
Technician was friendly and professional, but I was very dissatisfied with the service on my dishwasher. The dishwasher has not been working since August and on this visit, I called sears while the tech was still Servicing it. Apparently I was switched to headquarters protection plan dept and was told that in a couple of days I would get a call with instructions on how to get a replacement. Well that was on Nov 30th.
