I had problems with my sewing machine and was advised by an acquaintance to contact Sew and Vac. They were wonderful! They do not even carry the brand of machine I have. They did not charge me anything! I will definitely purchase my next machine from them!
I have been having problems with my machine and they only worsened when I started sewing masks to donate to the public. Sew and vac responded quickly and walked me through a few minor repairs to my bobbin case. They also tested my bobbin mechanics via video. I had no idea that my machine wasn’t cut out for this kind of work and will be purchasing my next machine through them when this one breaks down!
My sewing machine was having a lot of trouble yesterday, tried fixing it all day and my boyfriend stumbled upon your number. I called this morning- got switched to the technician who services machines. The lady asked if I bought my machine from them and I said no, but I was offered help anyways. I loved that. Have purchased two sewing machines and taken many classes. Customer service is always outstanding. Any time I buy an accessory, they make sure I know how to use it.
So I messaged sew and vac in Poughkeepsie..by Marshall if they could fix my machine.. he calls me said he wishes he could but he’s busy sewing masks for the hospital! Locals Rock!
Excellent quality products, expert appliance service and vast general and personalized sewing classes with outstanding knowledgeable seamstresses.
I have been going there for 33 years; he has just about serviced all of my 15 machines. Never an issue!
