Katherine did amazing for all my needs! I'm only 5ft1 so she had a lot of altering to do on my dress, but it was tricky because the bottom of my dress is scallop trim with lace. I reached out to her in September, had 2 fitting sessions with her and got my dress back beginning of February! She's fast, listens to your needs while keeping it logical and communicates well. I was in good hands here! I had a very intricate lace pattern to my wedding dress and panicked that it wouldn't be able to be taken up in height (I'm short ) But! She was able to take off probably 6-7in (!!!!!) And make it look like it was off the rack that way! She did a wonderful job with ALL of the other small, minor things I needed done, as well!! Once I get my photography back, I will post pictures of her amazing work!
Omg. She fixed my dress in 2021. I kinda procrastinated on finding someone to alter my dress(not big changes) but the universe was kind and sent me to Sew It. I felt the price was great and the alterations were spot on. She's so extremely kind and professional. I felt heard during my appointments and felt beautiful on my wedding day. (super sorry for the late praise!) This is the place to go. Highly recommend it!
I couldn’t recommend Katherine and her assistant more! She is super transparent with her pricing, and will even ask you if you want a cheaper or more expensive route for specific alterations. I went to her for my wedding, and also sent all of my bridesmaids there. And then my maid of honor enjoyed her so much that she went there as well.
