Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming staff! Brought my serger in with an issue regarding the upper looper and the problem was quickly troubleshot and resolved right at the counter, with an extremely fair workshop fee. It's a pleasure to see any expert in their field, and Sew a Stitch has experts! 10/10 would recommend.
I knew this shop did not deal with Bernina machines. I needed help with inserting the bobbin and asked if she could look at. NO WE DO NOT SERVICE THAT MACHINE. I KNEW THAT….but would not even look! If I ever buy a new machine it will not be here!
I had a wonderful experience here. I visited a couple dealers in my quest for a high grade sewing machine after years of sewing on a big box store entry level machine.
