They have terrible security and they leave the gate open, there have been six cases in less than six months of people getting there wheels stolen. Terrible management and terrible service. DO NOT MOVE INTO SEVONA.
Best management! There was a mishap with my payment and management took care of it no fees owed by me. The maintenance is the BEST! Staff is amazing, grounds are amazing, pool is always a blast. Couldn’t be happier where I live!
Loved living there (over 2 yrs) was some of the best times & fond memories. They had great staff:) I enjoyed the resident parties for us. Maintenance was prompt as well. Sounds like it's still a great place to live�Keep up the good work!
I enjoy living all staff including maintenance are nice the staff are very prompt when you have an issue or concern. I must say the parking is horrible but other than the parking issue I love it here the staff make you feel that they want you here I love all the resident things they do very nice..
This is my 2nd year here at Sevona and I can't say enough wonderful things about the place and the staff. Everyone here goes above and beyond to provide superior customer service and make everyone feel like a family. The resident get together's are a wonderful way to keep us all connected. The property is well kept and always beautiful.
We LOVE this apartment complex. It’s very quiet, very clean. Everyone I’ve come in contact with here is super nice. Whether it be anyone in the leasing office, maintenance guys, or just the other residents. They are all super nice people! Our apartment is beautiful. From the time we first walked in the door we fell in love and knew it was the one.
