RecommendedBeen living here 7 months and the staff is exceptional! Always friendly, professional and helpful! Monica goes out her way to make sure we're happy, satisfied and comfortable! and she's always got a smile! The holiday party was so fantastic! I've been to other leasing office parties but this was the best. From the food to the raffle prizes! We had a blast! Thank you Sevona and staff!! Happy Holidays!!

If you’re looking for a great apartment complex, stop looking!! Sevona Tranquility Lakes is the place for you. Management and staff are great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experiences. The maintenance staff are awesome and will resolve any issues quickly. The property is will kept. The apartment are nice. The staff does a great job sending emails and posting important information on social media or on the website. We love living here!!
We love living here. The location is terrific and we have a lot of stores nearby (Dinning & Shopping). The office staff is courteous and will go above and beyond. Great modern apartments, clean and well maintained.
I absolutely love the new management!! Monica is just amazing�� she has made some great changes for the community!
