As a former tenant I would not recommend this company.
I always felt like I was treated wonderfully as a tenant under this property management company in university heights. I could not give enough thanks towards Christie, this company is incredibly lucky to have someone like her. She’s not only empathetic, but incredibly responsive and gets things done would rent again in the future with this company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I went and toured an apartment in bankers hill with Sheila on 2/21/24. Sheila told me no one else had applied yet and if I submitted an application I’d be the first to apply and she’d review it when she was back in office. On Monday, 2/26/24 I was told via text message by Sheila that I had been approved. She told me she’d be sending over a lease for signature for a move in date of 3/6/24.
