Recently management half-assed renovated then raised the rent $300. Windows leaked after storm and construction company had to come 3 times and still didn't fix it. Residents refuse to adhere to leash laws and don't pick up after animals. Lady that shows units and runs office is rude and condescending. Started renting to anyone just for their bonus.
I have contacted management 4 times in an attempt to address a massive cigarette litter problem at the entrance to falcon bridge. Office staff seem uninterested in addressing this issue. The gale ranch community is beautiful and the majority of its residents care about the neighborhood, how it looks and do their part to maintain the quality of life and property values in the community. Been living in the building since 2011. Almost 5 years living in Valencia Apartments, I have experienced peaceful, quite, clean and safe environment. The management is great, Manager Andrew is always on time, take care of the apartment really well. Thankful & Blessed to live here!
