Salma made my apartment tour such a great experience! She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of my questions. She took the time to show me all of the amenities and explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident about the community. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the tour enjoyable, and I left with a very positive impression thanks to her.
I stayed here for 2 years. My experience was great until 18 months of being here. In February, I started having a very bad smell coming from my A/C. It took over two months to get this replaced. There was a lack of communication from the office staff about when the issue would be resolved. The A/C unit was replaced but I continued to get a bad smell whenever I would turn on my A/C.
