it's very frustrating when you have to wait for more than a month for my sons glasses to come in and have yet to receive them. then it gets shipped else where im told and no one notified me until I call in to find out what's going on all I'm told is to wait for them to come in. my sons eyes are bothering him and he needs his glasses. hopefully they come in sometime soon. will be looking for another place to go.
RecommendedFirst, the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and professional and keep current on new developments. Second, they have decades of experience. Third, they are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
We saw Dr Sevigny in the Arcadia office on an emergency visit for my 2 year old. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks! Dr Sevigny and his staff showed immediate attention to my toddler’s pain by getting us in within ten minutes of my initial phone call. We were very happy with our unplanned experience and want to thank Dr Sevigny and his staff for doing an amazing job as well as showing compassion and great care. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience from the doctor experience to picking out my new TIFFANY... I love them. I was so happy to be able to have choices and Tracy was so helpful in helping me look the best in my new glasses. We went to Dr. Thayer in Lake Placid because he had great reviews from his patients. But now he is associated with Sevigny Associates Eye Care. The exam and choosing the glasses all went well. So they call this morning saying my husbands glasses are in, but not mine. Then the mail comes, they want to charge me a $40 copay for adding scratch proof coating that I did not ask for! My glasses were supposedly sent to Wauchula! Why would I go to Wauchula to pick up my glasses when I went to Lake Placid! NOT! Oh but the best part i... read more

I'd give them a 0 if it was a chose. Took my daughter to the sebring location. Ladies up front was wonderful so sweet. The dr Not so much my daughter got her glasses went back for 2week follow up. My daughter told him she could Not see out them and she was getting very bad headache. He checked her eyes WITHOUT the glasses on and looked me told me you need to make her wear them she's a typical teenager their going to Swear they can't see because they don't wont to wear glasses.
