RecommendedStaff was incredibly friendly and happy to explain everything including expected future costs for my new kittens. They even gave a starter kit with info and a few doses of Revolution. The clinic was clean and welcoming, not the cold sterile feel you get some other places. Will be using them for the rest of my zoo as needed in the future.
We made the difficult decision to euthanize our BT, Bella, yesterday due to multiple health issues. Dr. Perez and staff made the transition much easier with their compassionate care. We have had our BTs cared for at SPVH for 20+ years. Always the best of care.
I'd like to thank Ashley and Dr. Storm for quickly fitting my Bo'sun into the schedule when our regular vet practice was unable to squeeze him in. Though Bo'sun's condition wasn't an emergency, he needed treatment and couldn't wait too long. Bo'sun's good friend Poppy referred us to SPVH. Thanks for taking good care of my boy!
Wonderful and caring vets and staff at SPVH! As an owner of multiple pets, I would recommend SPVH for any pet owner. The facility is modern and conveniently located with on site parking. They even provide ambulance service for our pets!
