Dr. Storm is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever met. We trust these veterinarians with our dogs lives, and she failed us and she failed my dog. We brought him into the doctors on Wednesday after doing several test (costing $850) they said he had something stuck in his stomach and they were doing everything they could to get it out. I had my dog Flynn seen by doctor Storm on December 21st and then December 23rd. She gave us a different diagnosis both times and sent us home after charging us about $1000. She said his condition wasn’t life threatening and to call the office on Tuesday after Christmas is Flynn wasn’t better. Christmas Day Flynn didn’t get off the floor and wouldn’t eat. Dr. Heard and the entire staff at SP Veterinary Hospital have been wonderful for the care of all our animals. They were so caring and supportive as we said goodbye to our beloved Charlotte.
Dr. Heard is fantastic! It's not easy finding a vet that is comfortable with chickens and see not only saw us quickly but my chicken even had successful surgery. Staff is great as well. I highly recommend for any pet owner!
Highly recommend! Really nice office, friendly staff. Always answers all your questions and never kept waiting. I take both of my senior dogs there and get all my preventative meds through them. I even travel from Baltimore to go here!
