Pat Severino is incredibly unprofessional. I saw one of his Hoboken units in late July. I was interested and let his agent know. I was asked to call Pat in the office to go sign a lease and make a deposit. I called on a Friday morning and arranged to come in about an hour later. Upon walking into Severino Real Estate, I met Pat. He had a bit of food stuck to his lip. He initially asked if we wanted to get started with the deposit, but I asked him to see the lease first. The epitome of a slumlord. You get what you pay for. The landlord is a non-responsive scumbag. Multiple hot water heaters breaking and flooding apartments, with no refund or recourse. Have been without heat multiple times. He doesn't respond for days. He doesn't care. They have no super or anyone managing the buildings (because he is cheap) and just let garbage pile up. Pat Severino and his office should be ashamed of themselves.
