Please do not live here. If I could give it 0 stars I would, but I can't so I'm giving it 1 star. It's very expensive for no reason; you hear gunshots at night, the gates are broken half the time so you can't even get in, the management is terrible/lazy and don't work with you if you have issues with anything, and the walls are so thin I can hear peoples phones going off. I currently live here at the Seventeenth apartments, my wife and I... These apartments used to be really nice, but for the last years or so, they have become almost like slum apartments... The property owner is so stingy and unwilling to spend any money on his property... They leave the gates broken, so anyone can just walk in... We've had homeless people walk in several times... As a parent I have been very disappointed with this facilities property upkeep and timeliness of repairs. We were told things would taken care and they have not been, it’s the same response such as they are waiting for vendors. Maintenance has left tools and products behind without picking them back up for weeks. The trash bins overflow constantly, there are no consequences for tenants that clean up after their dogs in the dog park or on the property.I was told that would be handled by the Director of Operations and it has n... read more
Very bad communication, I’ve lived here for 2 years and have consistently had either a problem with over charging on rent or with the appliances that never get resolved. The most recent problem is having to throw away all the food in my fridge because it stopped working. I sent in a work request for it yesterday and got complete radio silence. My roommate then went down to the office to try and get some help with it and they told her someone would be up to fix it soon. No one came and now we won’t have a fridge until further... read more
