I was looking at the apartments there and the guy at the desk, Elijah, was very helpful.
this place is horrible. the front desk will do everything possible to ignore what you say to them. when its cold ice accumulates on stairs and they will do nothing about it. the parking is terrible even if you pay for gated parking and people will park in the fire lane and nothing will happen to the vehicles even when repeatedly told about it. incompetent repair team that will fix nothing. constant religious spam mail. loud neighbors that that will never be addressed. and many more issues. if you are a minority of seemingly ... read more
I have never interacted with such a horrible company. From the day I moved in to several months after I moved out, my rights as a tenant and a customer were never respected. Over my time there I was threatened for asking for 24 hours notice before they entered the property, threatened with eviction because I contacted them about a roommate they told me about the day of (which they retracted) and had individuals entering my apartment with no notice regularly. I hated the 17th. The management was awful. Upon moving in the dryer broke and it took weeks to fix. I had a required book in my mailbox with assignments and it took management at least a week to give me the right key after giving me the wrong one multiple times. By the time I did get my key the assignments were past due (I explained all of this to them). Our fridge stopped working one day which led to all of our groceries going bad.
