My son hasn't had any issues while living there for school. The office staff is very nice and gets back to us quickly with any questions we have.
So far I have had great service from the maintenance crew especially Richard who fixed our fridge today. Really quick to fix things and was in and out in no time
They came by to fix some plumbing in my residence and my water pressure is back to optimal! Superb work and worth the stay.
I've had an amazing experience while at Seventeenth. It's a beautiful property with great amenities and a friendly atmosphere. I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Maegan, who truly went above and beyond. She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. I absolutely love these apartments! Very affordable for students, they're located right across the street from Campus, very modern for student living, and the staff is nothing but exceptional. Maegan and her staff go above and beyond for everyone! I highly recommend these apartments to anyone, not just students.
