Love the new management team. Have been in a 1 bedroom apartment at 1715 for almost 4 years now. Then I decided that I need a bigger place and wanted to move to two bedroom. I went to the office didn’t recognise the people there and I was told it’s new management. At 1st I thought it will be hard for me to make that transition since they don’t know me. I’ve been a resident at this apartment complex for two years now with no issues, on October 13th I decided to have my baby shower at this location paid my deposit a month before they changed the management the new management is now (DELRAY APARMENT HOMES) I was told by one of the employees that we could stay at the location pass 10 pm. On the day of the event, we were allowed to start at 2 pm by the assistant manager. THE NEW MANAGEMENT at this apartment is HORRIBLE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This past Sartuday I came to my friends baby shower and the set up and everything was nice but the inside was sooo hot and when we all try calling the maintaince to come fix the AC he never came. The guy came at 9:00 pm to chase us out of the place when we were told that we can stay until 12:00 she paid for down deposit plus extra for them to clean up at the end. I moved into the old section apartments about 8 months ago. I'm not too happy with my apartment unit and the staff addressing my issues and concerns are not taking it very serious. To start of for June and July they did not come and fumigate my apartment they told me they would, but they didn't. I had to take my kids to grandma's house in Pearland only to come home to see no fumigation was done at my apartment as I had requested multiple times, I have to be on top of them in order to get this done but I'm being charged every... read more
