I read previous reviews about the lack of proper certifications of the fitness instructors, I made my own search and is true, you could check on your own on the fitness website of New York city, your health is not a joke and a bad move, or not proper guidelines could damage your body. Take your health seriously.
Owner Ricky is very nasty, have attitude, several members act fake with him, I took only one. Lass, and was enough to see all rhat drama, I would not recommend this place.

Instructors are not NYC or US certified, they don't have the proper training or skills to help and take care of your health, instead of that they could damage you. Also if you tried to talk to the owner Ricky doesn't care, he just want the money.
