Seven West is a scam. My roommate and I lived there for just over a year and never once had a pet. At move-out, they tried charging us $300 (AFTER using our deposit) for deep cleaning the apartment and cleaning the carpets due to "pet dander" and after they let us know that deep cleaning was not something we. personally, had to do once we moved out. We have been going back and fourth now for 6 months about the bill and have not gotten clarification/ it has been taking them 7-10 days to respond to one simple question. I would... read more

Hello ********, We want to be sure to let you know that your move out charges were not billed unjustly. Just to be sure, management requested the turnover cleaning invoices for the previous residents before you, there was no indication of excessive dander. The charges imposed were only what our 3rd party vendors charged for carpet cleaning and housekeeping cleaning. Yet Management made a good faith decision, and removed the excessive cleaning charge and reduced this down to just the standard charge. These additional changes ... read more
since we moved in our apartment the smell of smoke from the upstairs neighbor.. with a new born baby and me with breathing problems.. management hasnt done anything at all. All i want is to breath at home!
Just moved in and absolutely love this place!!! Kat was very helpful with our application and move in process, more people need to be like her! Great buildings, and apartments. Pool and clubhouse, gym, everything you could want! And in a great area too!!!
The community is great, and the people are friendly. :)
