I can't say enough about how much Dr. Deihl and her staff have meant to us over the last few months. They literally saved our cat's life after she was attacked by a feral cat leaving a path of destruction and infection. They nursed her back to health over several months keeping her at the hospital. She is home now and we are so grateful.
My father was told it was 700 to do bloodwork and an xray, or 100 to put the dog down?!?! Luckily we got a second opinion and our pup was put on medicine and will make a full recovery. The lack of care and compassion he received was sickening.
After 34 years we are not able to get in for over two weeks. We adopted a stray and was so disappointed in the service. We will always respect and are thankful for the care our dogs have always got from Dr Rill and Dr Snyder. Rocky had the best care there until the end. Really bad timing for the switch of vets that didn’t know him or the love we had for him. Peaceful passage helped us so much to put him down with the love and respect he deserved. Our baby boy is missed 😢
Dr. Schneider saved my dog......now she is gone and the staff say she went to an animal hospital in Hanover, but claim they do not know which one. If anyone has information on where she went, can they please message me? It is her that I want. She knows my dog intimately and I don't want to stay with a place where none of the doctors I have known are there any more. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
