By far the biggest prick that I have encountered in a long time. Mentioned I had a family death , his offer was half of what I got 5 blocks away at the Truman company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I Will continue to add this post every time he takes it down
Very well established business and people. The President was very nice and helped me 1 on 1. Save your self the time and come here for all of your coin buying and selling needs.
The way they talk to their customers is very inappropriate and unprofessional. The clerk game at the front desk is very bossy and complains about every little thing. I was not happy with my experience with them. Treating me like I'm scum because I'm selling my coins isn't someone I will ever recommend to anyone else. I will never step foot in there again by choice. And I hope no one else has experienced or will experience what I did with these people.
Rude!!!!!!! and very unprofessional. No knowledge in numastatic values or history about coins. Poor customer service!!!
Very unprofessional. Made me feel like a child, undermining my knowledge of coins. The guy in the pictures was very condensending and I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
