Nice local restaurant. The cream of mushroom soup is the best I have ever had. And I didn't like grits till I had their grit fritters.

Sat at the bar with the bartender Chris. Great selection of drafts. Great drink specials. Great food. Would recommend to any of my friends to go for a visit.

Called and ordered take out, was given someone else's order by mistake. Drove back to get the right order. I finally get home and there's no bacon on the BACON tomato cheese griller...

Business response:

I am so sorry for the bad experience we gave to you today! No excuses...we dropped the ball. I sincerely hope you'll give us another chance! Jay

All three of us LOVED it. Great food and service we had the gluten free fried catfish ( WHAT ??? !! ), sweet chili pork chop, and shrimp and scallop meals. I haven't had fried catfish in 4 years and it was wonderful! I will definitely get that next time. I wasn't a big fan of the cranberry slaw but the mashed potatoes were killer! Everything was perfectly cooked. Even the sweet tea was great.

Everyone had great meals. We tried the pork chops, angus lion and the fried chicken. The sides were yummy as well. Our waitress did a great job! I was late to dinner so i missed her name:-( Can't wait to go back and try 3 more dishes.

I am extremely sorry for this unacceptable experience! That's not how we do business and I hope you'll give us a chance to prove that to you. Thank you for letting me know! Jay

Probably the best kitchen staff in town right now. It's hard to get pork cooked mid rare correctly, and chumley got the sear on the meat correct along with the sweet chili sauce being complimentary to the flavors. Correct cook on the meat, correct sauce and good sides at a reasonable price with quality considered.
