Very poor. We used sevenseas based on recommendation and the initial correspondence seemed positive. It took over 5 months for our stuff to get from Aberdeen, Scotland to Perth, Western Australia (3months predicted on quote) and customer service were very reluctant to offer any understanding or responsibility. Very disappointed. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend. In response to below - it is under Sam Fraser organised from Aberdeen in August and arrived today, in Perth, in February. Dave, the delivery driver in Perth was amazing, friendly and helpful, was a pleasure dealing with him - thanks Dave! Delivery driver in NZ when we began was amazing as well. Everything arrived in great condition in our large move cube. I’d give all the people we spoke with and interacted with 5 stars. The minor downsides to using seven seas was the onerous forms you need to fill in on the website and the non user friendly nature of their website system. Good experience from start to finish. Simon from the bibra lake depot couldn't have been more helpful getting me set up for my interstate move. Top bloke! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.
Moved a large cube from Sydney to to Perth, everything was smooth and easy and faster than expected. Special thank you to Dave from the Perth Depot who brought our cube to our new place. Dave was great - really friendly and made unloading super simple
