Excellent service & attention to detail. I was helped thoroughly/ patiently and the prices were great for my two items. I was truly happy with the service I was given. This is a pearl paradise lol, there was a wide selection. & I was able to select exactly what I wanted for my custom pieces. Will definitely be back for other pieces!!
Came to Seven Seas Pearls after shopping around at several other stores to get a gauge on prices and quality. Was looking for a top quality Akoya pearl necklace and was blown away by the selection! The showroom was amazing and I was tempted by some of the Tahitian pearl strands which were gorgeous, but I ended up going with an amazing 9mm akoya strand that I now wear every day! This is a great vendor! Other retailers could learn well from Seven Seas Pearls. I ordered a ring on Friday, at a lower price than their competitors. It came Monday via USPS with no hassles and in a pretty, ribbon and bowed gift box at no extra charge! I will certainly be buying from them again. I'm very pleased!
