My husband's family has lived here 30+ years we have had no issues thus far. Every one is super nice. Yes, it is true we do have different managements every few years but what complex doesn't?. You also would think being a long term resident you would get a break or other perks but anyway, the place is livable and if we have maintenance issues we put in a work order they repair it. They have activities for the residents so in the 2 years I've been here I've enjoyed it. I love when they have the pet parties my fur babies love... read more
Lived here for nearly four years. Always paid rent on time and left the apartment in immaculate condition yet was never given a deposit back that I paid in 2011. Management refused even when it stated in the contract that the tenant was owed the amount back if everything was left on good terms. This is not only unprofessional but it shows the lack of leadership from their corperate offices. I witnessed many evictions during my time at Seven Pines and the management went down hill quickly.
