This place needs to be looked into. The way they do business especially getting federal dollars to operate. All I'm saying is we did everything expected of us and instructed by complex which included a $300 deposit and a $23 app fee once denied , within 2 days, They said they would not return deposit money in ***** days! That's BS This young lady needs that money to put toward another renta. Who are they to hold peoples money for ***** days?!They need to be looked into
