If you have no where else to go this is better then nothing HOWEVER with that being said, DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED! (Or have a fixed income of any sort) They will push you out with no remorse as they continue to raise the rent not once but TWICE every year! You get exactly what you pay for. Initially, until rent goes up $80-150 EACH year. The front for some reason despite being on taylor road with little to no street lights. I'm paying over $1200 to not even be able to see where I'm turning in. This has been an ongoing I'm sure "unknown" issue. Moving in was HORRID. I cannot express my disgust in words, and management has not ever cared to make it right. I was a responsible tenant while living here. I paid my rent on time, paid my bills, and kept my apartment clean. Unfortunately, my experience with management and the condition of the property was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the ongoing cockroach infestation. I repeatedly reported the problem, and while maintenance would occasionally come out to spray, the infestation was never resolved.
