This could have easily been a 5-star review, but the whole experience was ruined by one person — Fiona, the manager of the apartment complex. She acts as if she owns the place, and some of us are treated more like unwanted guests than paying residents. She has a habit of inventing non-existent rules, such as not allowing kids in the pool, being overly aggressive about children’s behavior, and even restricting residents from having friends in common areas.
