Seven Hills HOAs are uncommonly strict. They will not allow people to park on the street yet the only guest parking is outside the gates where people get robbed regularly and there are numerous car thefts. If your guests car is not stolen they often get towed away because the HOA a tow company to do a tow sweep on the public streets outside the gates.
