The Manager here is rude, rude, rude! We wanted to rent a property from them. She allows herself up to 10 days to process an application, but then expects you to show up when she is ready the same day with the certified money in hand or she threatens to put the property back on the market. It was a high pressured exchange and not a great way to start off a year(s) long management relationship. We let the property go because we didn't want to work with this company.
Complete waste of time, I called to view a property this agency has listed, was given a second number to set up a showing, the agent I talked to was incredibly rude and did not wish to speak to me until I had an agent. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
