Took my pet to a room in a timely manner. Provided treats to win his trust. Explained and printed out a baseline cost for his surgery from lowest to highest fees… even cared that I was a Sr Citizen and gave me that discount to help with costs! They couldn’t do enough to make this trying time as comfortable for both of us as possible!!
