Dr Arnold is a wonderful physician! Caring, compassionate, and easy to talk to! However the business manager and his practice is unlike any other physicians office I have dealt with in the past. Solely for that reason, I would not reccommend. I do take responsibility for having an expired credit card on file (which I forgot) and my email on file I no longer had access to due to it being hacked; however, my phone number on file is valid. My experience with Seven Hills has been unmatched. I’ve spent years struggling to feel better while also dealing with medical anxiety.
