Been a patient for over 15yrs. Excellent service from excellent doctors. Highly recommended.
Between the Dr. cancelling your appointment because they want to go home early, and the receptionist confirming appointments for services they don’t even provide, don’t bother.
Their booking system needs a complete overhaul. Every single time I make an appointment, I NEVER get to see the doctor at my allocated time. I can understand occasional emergencies but not every time. Made a booking for 12.45pm, arrived at 12.30pm and receptionist did not appear until 12.50pm and then told me he is running late and there are still 3 in front of me! What is the point of making appointments? It seems like the patient is of no importance and we should just fit in with their schedule. Here we are a number of wee... read more
Very unprofessional made me wait 60 minutes when I had an appointment just to be told she can’t deal with my pain management today because she is behind by 5 patients
