I attempted to inquire about a property listed for auction through this seller and was immediately put off by how unprofessional and evasive the communication felt. This Auction is bait and switch. This Auction does have some unheard of Crap. It says it will continue the clock but if no one bids on a property it still resets the clock. Making it drag on and on. so that other people can come in 30 min later just to out bid you. I literally had to call the company and say look I have been the only bid for 30. min . the response the lady on the other end gave me was BS. Every clock should not reset just because someone bid on another lot period. Its unfair and I never entered a auction so ... read more
