I keep seeing you guys selling larger properties divided way down into smaller properties, stop doing that, quit being money hungry and let cheap land be cheap land
The auction was a nail biter, but I did win one property. The overall process was quick and easy. Before I registered, I called and talked with the company to get a better understanding of how the auction worked. Everyone I spoke with was nice and willing to help. It didn't take long to receive my deed for the property. I just wish there were more properties for sale in SC, mainly Sumter, SC.
FYI ON 4616 Greenspring Rd College Park, 30337! I attempted to inquire about a property listed for auction through this seller and was immediately put off by how unprofessional and evasive the communication felt. There was pressure to provide personal details without clear explanations, and questions about fees and processes were met with vague or defensive responses. This Auction is bait and switch. This Auction does have some unheard of Crap. It says it will continue the clock but if no one bids on a property it still resets the clock. Making it drag on and on. so that other people can come in 30 min later just to out bid you. I literally had to call the company and say look I have been the only bid for 30. min . the response the lady on the other end gave me was BS.
