Do NOT move here. HOA is absolutely horrible. They are a NAZIs. They change up rules at a whim. The residents can hardly use the amenities at all. Age restrictions and then your current pass is no longer valid. You will be paying $900 yearly for pine straw and xmas lights. The HOA have a surplus of money, but will fine you EVERYTHING. My child had a toy pig, about the size of a piggy bank, that she threw up on the house. We received a letter about it after 3 days.
