Dr Rene Gallo and staff are amazing. Before I could ask what I had hope to help relieve my severe pain I had since June 2026. My primary Dr Patel recommended me to see Dr Gallo asap. I got a fast appt, fast dx and treatment on same day. I can walk without pain in my leg. Dr Gallo was kind, understand ing and took my hand and saw my stress. I could not be happier and highly recommend this office. I thank them all to care, hear me and help me. You are all angels !!
I have been going to Seven Bridges Pain Specialist Management for a while, but for a long time, I never felt like I was getting any real pain relief. We had an excellent experience with Dr Gallo, she took the time to truly listen to my mom, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Her patience, compassion, and thoroughness never made us feel that my mom was genuinely cared for and that her concerns were taken seriously. Edit: They didnt refund my initial visit as the office manager said she would. So, do with that info what you will. So, back to 2 from 4 stars. I previously posted a one star review, and now I can't find it to edit. They weren't able to help me, and I still went through awful cold turkey withdrawal. But they were kind enough to refund my Co pays and refer me to a doctor that may be able to do more for me as far as my previous regimen that worked well for me.
