Good doctor, very busy.
I have been struggling with kidney stones, my last one sent me to the ER with an infection. I was extremely nervous that this time around I needed surgery and not knowing how the process worked, I first was met with Dr. Stepanian in my overnight hospital room he was nothing but kind, patient and understanding he made my nerves go away and answered any questions I had in detail. I received excellent compassionate care. Everyone was professional.
I felt comfortable and satisfied with my visit. Doctor had professional bedside manners and addressed my concerns.
As difficult as it was to get such a diagnosis, Dr. Stepanian was very professional and very compassionate as well as very understanding.
My Dr. And his Staff have been Amazing from start to finish. I had multiple complications and have had all of them meet Professional with nothing but Knowledge , Skill and Extreme Kindness !!!!!The Best of the Best !!!!!!
