This physician was very thorough and explained options for my medical issue.
As a whole this doctor and his staff are phenomenal. I had the utmost trust in him. The only issue I had was I called early as everyone was arriving. I was running a fever after surg and wanted PA or RN to call back. I also used the portal to reach out. I received a call from the RN and Dr from the portal request but the receptionist never handed my request to the staff in the back. Otherwise my experience had been great and my issue was immediately resolved.
Dr. Stepanian has a great bedside manner. He listens to me and abides by my decisions regarding medical care.
Dr. Stepanian is always prepared, thorough and courteous. He is one of my favorites in the Facey group.
It was a very good service the dr was recommended by my wife who works for the hospital.
