I made an appointment to see Dr Pham. He proceeded to give me an injection in each hip which was supposed to relieve a lot of my pain. We also made an appointment for me to drive out to Louisville for an injection in my back. I contacted the medical assistant because the hip injections caused my hands to tingle and caused pain where I had not had it before. I found out that the medical assistant is not in this country and I have tried several times to reach out to someone at the local office and I end up outside of the count... read more
