I went in last month with Sonia! (Amazing btw she truly understands giving the customer what they want) and so I came back for my monthly eyebrow treatment, there was a different girl in there and I asked for Sonia and she said she’d be in tomorrow but they she could do them and she’d do a “good job”, I take accountability for literally not walking out then and there. I've been coming to them and using the gift card for 5 years and they leave my eyebrows done perfectly every time!
I’ve gone to these studios since 2020 and have never had a bad experience at either one.

JUST TERRIBLE!!! I WENT TWICE LIKE AN IDIOT. AT 1ST DA LASHES I GOT WERE TOO THICK N LONG THEY DIDNT PUT ENOUGH GLUE TO KEEP DEM UP. SO I TOOK DEM OFF LITERALLY LESS DEN 48 HRS. I WENT BACK NEXT DAY, GOT THINNER, MORE NATURAL LOOKIN LASHES.....OMG YALL IT CAME OUT LOOKIN TERRIBLE TOOOOO!!! I TRIED TO GIVE DEM TECHNICIANS DA BENEFIT OF MY DOUBT BUT NEVER AGAIN.
