Went to the Bay City Gym tonight for my first time. Did the Buns N Guns class. Great class. Quick paced, variety of exercises and muscle groups worked. Instructor (Ann) was very welcoming, funny and easy to hear (above average). Class went by quick and I am already sore. Thanks Ann!
All your staff are great and friendly at what they do! They push you to be your best! Awesome place!!!
