Just wrapped up my first body challenge and the results did not disappoint! I am down 16.6lbs over 6 weeks! It’s a tough journey but the staff members at Seung-Ni are there encouraging you the whole way through. I loved the intensity of each class and that you can modify as you need to. The classes are friendly to both beginners and seasoned gym members. I had an awesome experience here!
Hi today ended my 6 week body challenge... I can’t say enough about Brandon and the staff and the support that was given.. I met my 15 pounds goal which ofcourse I’m happy about but even if I hadn’t this has been by far the best exercise experience I’ve ever been a part of... Kuddos to u Brandon for developing this wonderful business! You are awesome and an inspiration to a lot of people.. if your looking for a wonderful gym to feel comfortable at this is your place!

I have been a proud participant in the most recent 6 week body challenge. This experience undoubtedly was life changing. There were times that I was tired and my body was sore but the staff, other members, and other challengers were so full of positive energy that it inspired me to keep going! I have loved my experience here at Seung-ni and would recommend it to anyone!! Thanks everyone!
It just makes you feel good! I had been a slump before joining the 42 body challenge and now I get mad when I miss a class. The entire staff is so motivating and friendly and they truly want each person to succeed. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and reminding me that I am worth the time!
Everything about Seung-ni is amazing! the classes they offer can be modified to fit everyone and the instructors are very encouraging and will motivate and push you so that you will progress and get the results you are looking for! I initially join to try the body challenge but I'll be member for life now, my results have been crazy! even just after the halfway mark of the challenge I could see the changes in my body!
