We moved out months ago but we lived at Settlers Landing for 9 years. Tara and Jill have always been so nice to us and responsive to anything that we needed fixed or just general questions. Our kids loved how the office always had goodies and activities for them. Their favorite part was their swim party every year we are definitely going to miss the pool. Trash, bugs, bad hoa vibes, poop, fees after fees Pros: maintenance is always responsive and tries. Front office is nice until you sign the lease. Cons: TRASH dumpsters constantly over flowing with trash, furniture will sit for weeks before its removed. Trash will sit for days to weeks on the side, depending on the amount. BUGS:This place is infested with black widows, regular spiders, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, WASPS WASPS WASPS and many other but those are the main culprit. This has to be one of the top places to live in Weber county. Between the 5 star amenities and the beautiful smiles you encounter in the office you truly cannot go wrong living here 10/10 I would 100% recommend. We just moved in and Maby the lovely young lady in the office that helped walk me thru the whole process like I was friend, not just her tenant, left such a great taste in my mouth that getting settled here was such a breeze!!!
