Josh and Alex came and fixed our main bathtub drain almost didn’t even realize the came till I saw the note on the counter they did a great job!
I lived at settlers landing for about a year and a half and i only have positive things to say about them! Tara and Jill were my absolute favorite! They always had a smile on their face and responded kindly and with care! They are always so quick to help out and make sure that everything is okay. Maintenance was always super nice and fast whenever they would stop by! I was lucky to call Settlers Landing home for the past year, and I couldn't have asked for a better community. It's peaceful, quiet, and filled with friendly neighbors, making it a wonderful place to live. The office and maintenance teams are truly exceptional—always welcoming, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond whenever you need them. Ive really appreciated how the staff and manager have been very attentive, and responsive. I have only been here for a couple months, but in that short time, they have been fantastic. The buildings are clean and well taken care of. Had a couple issues with the appliances and put in the work order. Same day, they were fixed by the professionals Ryan, Josh, and Alex. Top notch.
