Talk about genuine old school caring and amazing customer service!! Ordered 7 bags of jerky for a work BBQ picnic event for a fun hot and spicy challenge (Carolina Reapers) but never got an email confirmation or tracking #. Called in to inquire and was helped by Shawn, who said she'd call me back in 10 mins. She called in 5, found a technical/computer issue was to blame for order going missing. The problem? We purchased Settler’s Jerky yesterday. It is sooo delicious. I love soft jerky and my son loves it more dry. This was the perfect mix of both. The flavors we tried are hickory, teriyaki and sweet and spicy. OMG. Highly recommended. Represented by Trevor who is a good guy. Friendly, easy to work with and is very passionate about the products. (Notice the bag is empty. lol) Highly recommended.
