Management sucks Maintenance does more of a patch than look at the underlying issue. My kitchen light only works when it wants to. Can't step without killing a roach/ my apt smells like bleach from the amount of cleaning I do and they spray but no changes. No assigned parking, if you get here at the wrong time of day you have to park on the other side of the complex to get to your building. Lot floods of it rains more than 20 minutes. the killer carpet Settlers Cove has a perfect location, close to shopping , movies and banking. The grounds are always clean and well kept. Yet my apartment in which I am in my eleventh year. when I moved here the carpet was worn with cigarettes burns. The carpet has eaten two steam cleaners and two vaccums. And they will not change the carpets.
