I would NEVER use this company again or recommend it to ANYONE. My house should have NEVER been closed on with the issues that it had from a subdivision. The job of a title company is to make sure it’s good to go. It was not. I wound up paying taxes on other properties from the seller for a year. DO NOT USE!!! Settlement USA has taken my money from my previous home. They have failed to pay off my existing home loan. 45 days since I sold my house I still have not had my old home load paid off. Settlement USA does not answer the phone or return phone calls. They do not seem to understand how to work with my old home loan company (Mr. Cooper) Settlement USA never asked for a pay off quote from my existing loan company so I had to pay for it. If I could leave a zero star review I would. We sold our house and the new owners closed on it over a month ago. Somehow they transfered the title without paying off the loan. There is money missing and it's on their end.
