I called Settle Heating and Air in December because my heat pump wasn’t working and I spoke immediately with Michelle Hines, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The responding technicians were friendly and professional and the resulting bill was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Settle Heating and Air to anyone needing their services. I have found that established & family owned businesses can be counted on to go the extra mile for their customers.

Not so, Christian people pretend like they are something they are not very sorry Don’t like to slander people, but I would never recommend these people to anyone do not stand behind their products do not stand behind customer service very rude, very disrespectful and have no personalities towards peoples call people out of their names by calling them someone else and accuses people of owing them money when they were paid in full
I called and spoke with Michelle about my heat not coming on, and requested a service call. I explained that I was old, and it was cold in the house. She assured me that someone would be out between 1 and 3 pm, which was a few hours away. However, Garett and his coworker arrived much sooner than I expected.
