Second time here. My daughter fears anything to do with doctors or needles. We always have a good experience, and a smooth process at this location. Nurses were patient with my child trying to ease her anxiety. I don't mind driving long distance as long as my child is comfortable. Heather attended us today. She is super friendly, helpful, patient, attentive, and did a great job. I can’t say enough good things about this specific location. Bringing our 5-month-old in for a blood draw to test for allergies was nerve-wracking, but the staff immediately put both of us at ease. They were so kind, patient, and gentle, with truly superb bedside manner. They moved calmly and quickly, and somehow made the entire blood draw completely painless for my baby. We recently had to bring our one-year-old son in for a blood draw, and I was honestly dreading it—but Maria and Sulema (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly fast, gentle, and so professional. The whole process was over before we knew it—writing this review has taken longer than the actual blood draw! Gabby was super nice and had patience with my son who has really bad anxiety. Other techs get frustrated with him or don’t want to take the extra minute to talk to him but she was so sweet to him. Thank you so much Gabby
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff was great, parking wasn’t bad and I was in and out of the appointment in 15. 5 stars.
